ABATEMENT TRACKING / MONITORING MODULE

The Asbestos Abatement Tracking/Monitoring Module allows the consultant to take asbestos survey data entered into the eClipSys Field and Desktop PC Server programs relating to a given building structure and use it to track asbestos abatement activities that are performed upon structure. It also handles consultant daily abatement logs and tracks all air monitoring activities.

• Creates abatement projects linked to previously entered Asbestos Survey data.

• Tracks contractors, asbestos removal workers and consultants working on an abatement project.

• Tracks containment areas and links them to surveyed areas (spaces/rooms).

• Creates daily abatement logs and links abatement activities observed to containments, spaces/rooms and materials.

• Creates Air Monitoring Sample Data Sheets and Sample Submission / Chain-Of-Custody Forms.

• Exports air sample data to lab.

• Creates summary and detailed reports regarding status and quantities of abated materials.

• Outputs data to client’s Read-Only Desktop PC database version to keep their copy up to date.
